Mistral Additional Terms

These Mistral Additional Terms (these “Mistral Terms”) apply to your use of Mistral AI models through Airtable AI, pursuant to requirements from Mistral AI. Terms used but not defined in these Mistral Terms have the meaning set forth in your Service Terms. These Mistral Terms form a part of the agreement between you and Airtable that governs your use of Airtable’s products and services, including the Airtable AI Terms (your “Service Terms”).  In the event of a conflict between these Mistral Terms and your Service Terms, these Mistral Terms will control. These Mistral Terms may change from time to time, so please check back regularly for updates.

1. Without limiting any indemnification obligations in your Service Terms, you shall defend Airtable from and against any claims by a third party arising from or relating to your use of Mistral AI models through Airtable AI, and will indemnify and hold harmless Airtable from and against any costs, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) resulting from such claim.

2. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THE AIRTABLE AI TERMS OR YOUR SERVICE TERMS, THE MISTRAL AI MODELS ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN “AS IS” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, LIABILITY, INDEMNITY, OR PERFORMANCE OBLIGATIONS.
