Australian Privacy Collection Statement - Onboarding

Formagrid Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 49 678 378 339)('we', 'us' or 'our') collects personal data about you during your employee or contractor onboarding process for the following purposes: (a) in order for us to establish and perform the relevant employment contract, services contract or engagement with you; (b) in order for us to perform background checks on you; (c) to provide staff benefits to you; and (d) as otherwise set out in our Applicant, Employee, and Contractor Privacy Notice at www.airtable.com/company/personnel-privacy-notice (“Policy”). 

We may collect personal data about you for the foregoing purposes from third-party cloud service providers (including Greenhouse Software Inc., Workday Inc., Metaview Labs Inc. and Docusign, Inc.) and from third-party background check providers (including Checkr, Inc.). In some cases, we are required or authorised by law to collect certain personal data from you, including under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), taxation laws and superannuation laws. 

The personal data you provide will be collected by or on behalf of us and may be disclosed to our related bodies corporate and to third parties that help us in connection with the above purposes including but not limited to: (a) our third party cloud service providers Greenhouse Software Inc., Workday Inc. and Docusign Inc.; (b) our third-party background check provider Checkr Inc.; (c) our third-party staff benefit provider Twic Inc. dba Forma; and (d) any other party as required or authorised by law. If you do not provide the mandatory data required by us as part of the onboarding process, we may not be able to employ or engage you. We may disclose your personal data to recipients that are located outside of Australia, including to our related bodies corporate and the above service providers located in the United States of America, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Our Policy explains: (i) how we store and use, and how you may access and correct your personal data; (ii) how you can lodge a complaint regarding the handling of your personal data; and (iii) how we will handle any complaint.
