This page outlines Airtable's Professional Services offerings, including the scope, included tasks, required roles, and assumptions for each Professional Services package. The selected package, as well as the fees and other terms and conditions relating to each purchase of Professional Services, will be set forth on an Order Form executed by the customer.

Airtable provides training for a single team launching their Airtable instance on one workflow. This package is ideal for customers working with Professional Services who need to train their organization after implementation and onboarding. It ensures a smooth launch and adoption within the team.
Airtable provides training for up to three workflows with multiple team members, supporting both builders and end users. This package accelerates onboarding and helps teams quickly adopt Airtable for their needs.

Assumptions
All Professional Services will be performed remotely unless otherwise agreed by the parties in advance. Any onsite services will be subject to expense reimbursement.
Integration Advisory and Design and Build Advisory Packages are advisory only, and Customer will be solely responsible for building and configuring workflows, bases, and other aspects of the Services.
Customer functional and technical management resources are responsible for coordinating and driving decision-making processes within the Customer organization. Customer will manage the availability, priorities, and work of its own resources (including business users and technical staff). Delays in decision-making processes may result in additional costs and/or require extensions of the Service Term.
Customer business and technical leads are responsible for leading the requirement gathering process within Customer’s business and technical teams, respectively. All necessary functional and technical representatives that fully understand the business process and requirements will participate in design discussions. Any additional effort required of Airtable to help facilitate the requirement gathering process is not within the scope of these Professional Services and, if required, will be subject to additional fees.
Customer is responsible for developing and executing roll out and test plans.
Customer is responsible for developing any end user training materials and for training end users.
All materials will be provided in the English language and all customer meetings will take place in the US or UK.
Upon the commencement of the Professional Services, Customer will have current, valid licenses to all third party software applications necessary or appropriate for the Professional Services, including, but not limited to, licenses to Airtable’s Services.
Airtable will perform all Professional Services during regular business hours in the US and/or UK from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If required, Airtable and Customer will mutually agree to work outside of these regular business hours during key activities of the project.
Airtable will deliver the Professional Services in a contiguous fashion. Both parties are jointly responsible for maintaining this timeframe.
Should any additional professional services be required or requested beyond those outlined herein, Airtable will work with Customer to mutually agree upon and define such professional services in a separate agreement.
If the Professional Services are not completed by the end of the Service Term or, if applicable, the Optional Extension Period, the Professional Services will nonetheless be deemed completed and Airtable will not be obligated to complete any unfinished tasks.
The Professional Services will be provided by Airtable employees and/or by personnel from an Airtable Services Partner subcontracted by Airtable.
Role Definitions
ROLE TITLE
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Project Lead/ Workflow Owner
The primary point of contact for the engagement on the Customer team. They will be responsible for assigning roles and responsibilities throughout the project and ensuring that the project progresses in a timely fashion.
Workflow Creators (Business Analysts)
Business contacts who are considered subject matter experts in the functional areas. They are responsible for defining functional requirements and any process changes that could impact the workflows. This individual is primarily responsible for adoption of the Services by Customer and training end users.
Executive Sponsor
Highest-ranking manager or senior executive who directs Customer’s organization’s strategy who has the power and authority to make final decisions and resolve issues with regard to Customer’s functional or business requirements. The Executive Sponsor will serve as a strategic partner to the Airtable team.
Integration Owner (if needed)
Roles can include BizOps/Operations, Systems Engineer, Internal Tooling, and/or Data Engineer.
Workflow End User Testers (Super Users)
Two to five individuals on Customer’s team who engage with the workflow daily and who should review Customer’s Airtable instance at specific points to provide feedback.
Ongoing Administration
Manages all change/enhancement requests for the Services.
Airtable Admin/ IT Lead
Responsible for identifying high-priority bases that need special consideration. Responsible for organizing internal communication to Airtable users. Responsible for internal coordination with internal Security team.
Encryption Team
Responsible for customer-side EKM configuration, including creating CMK and adjusting policies.
