Johanna Jackman joins Airtable as Chief People Officer

Airtable is excited to announce that Johanna Jackman is joining Airtable as its Chief People Officer. JJ will lead Airtable’s recruiting team, people team, and talent development helping Airtable attract and retain the best employees. 

JJ brings decades of global, hyper-growth experience to Airtable, at a time when the company is experiencing rapid growth, nearly doubling its headcount in the past year. Most recently JJ served as Chief People Officer for Pure Storage, a company with 4,000+ employees that reached the $1B milestone faster than any other enterprise technology company in history. Prior to Pure she was the Head of Human Resources at LinkedIn while it evolved from 1,200 to 10,000 employees. Before then, she held talent management and business partnership roles at Microsoft, which also included international assignments in EMEA.
