Raymond Endres joins Airtable as Chief Technology Officer
Airtable brings on CTO to lead engineering and technical infrastructure
Airtable is proud to announce that Raymond Endres will be joining as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. He will be responsible for the company’s engineering organization and technical infrastructure.
Raymond brings three decades of experience scaling teams and building infrastructure behind products used by millions of people. He most recently served as VP of Engineering at Facebook, where he helped launch and scale the Messenger app to more than 1.3 billion people over the past decade. He launched Messenger’s voice and video calling features, business platform, and built the initial voice assistant for Facebook’s Portal video calling device. Prior to Facebook Raymond had a 20-year career at Microsoft where he worked on Windows 3.1, browser technologies, and internet services. He has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University.
